1. Agreement

By accessing FlipRush, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Not reside in a jurisdiction where skill-based paid competitions are restricted

3. Skill-Based Nature

Outcomes are determined by:

• Memory
• Reaction time
• Strategy and player performance

Chance does not determine outcomes. Users acknowledge that entry fees are paid to participate in skill-based competitions, not games of chance.

4. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain account security
• Not create multiple accounts to gain competitive advantage

5. Credits & Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe.

5.1 Credits

• Purchased using real money
• Used for match entry
• Non-transferable
• Non-redeemable for cash (unless explicitly enabled)

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

• All purchases are final
• Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension, loss of credits, and permanent ban

We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks.

7. PvP Gameplay

Matches are skill-based competitions. We may:

• Cancel matches due to technical issues
• Adjust matchmaking systems
• Recalculate outcomes if fraud is detected

8. Fair Play Policy

Strictly prohibited:

• Bots, scripts, or automation
• Exploits or reverse engineering
• Collusion or match-fixing

Enforcement may include account termination, credit forfeiture, and legal action.

9. Anti-Fraud & Risk Controls

We reserve the right to:

• Delay or block transactions
• Require identity verification (KYC)
• Monitor suspicious activity

10. Rewards / Payouts

If FlipRush enables withdrawals, payouts may require identity verification and fraud review. We may delay or deny payouts tied to abuse or violations.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee continuous uptime or error-free gameplay.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipRush is not liable for loss of credits during gameplay, payment processing issues, or service interruptions.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for violations, fraud, or legal compliance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted. Users waive class action rights where legally allowed.

16. Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
